Hello guys - let’s talk about chia pudding! 🌱
I so love chia pudding as it’s very versatile - you can eat it on its own as a snack, add it to your smoothies or use it to make parfaits like this! The best thing about it is that’s it’s very easy to make and you’ll only need 3 ingredients: chia seeds, plant-based milk(s) and sweetener of choice.
Here’s the exact recipe I use every week:
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut + 1/2 cup almond milk
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Now all you have to do is mix everything in a jar or bowl and wait. If it dries up, just add more almond milk ☺️
Side story - I experimented on this recipe so many times as i actually prepared and sold this parfaits before for women circles and gatherings. I have also shared this to my workshop participants before and they absolutely loved it. I’m sharing it here now so you guys can try it too!! And if you do - don’t forget to tag me, guys.
